2018 5K National Runner-Up @abuchalski22 will continue her running career with @brooksrunning as a member of @beaststc coached by @dtmack in Seattle, WA‼️

The fifth-year senior most recently posted her career-best finish at an NCAA Championships by placing second in the 5K behind Karissa Schweizer. Her previous best finish at nationals was fourth in the indoor 5K in 2017 and she has earned a total of six first-team All-American distinctions.
Furman coaches Robert and Rita Gary largely credit Buchalski with jumpstarting the success of the women's program. She was the first individual All-American in program history when she placed seventh at the 2015 NCAA XC Championships and, this past fall, led the women's team to their first appearance at the national meet—where they outran projections to place seventh overall.
She graduates with PBs of 4:17.73 for 1500m, 9:06.68 for 3K and 15:35.55 for 5K.
Sometimes not seeing anyone the whole race means they are PERFECTLY positioned and know when to be seen ?
