Day three of the 2018 USATF Outdoor Championships is in the books! If you missed any of the action, click here for a full play-by-play, and here for the full results. Below are our 13 national champions crowned on Saturday.

1) Men’s 1500m

Matthew Centrowitz won his fifth U.S. 1500m title closing in 53.59! The top six were all separated by less than a second. Centrowitz, who is the king of race position got the job done by controlling the race late.

2) Women’s High Jump

The young phenom continued to shine on the big stage with another U.S. title. Vashti Cunningham jumped 1.95m, 3 centimeters better than Inika McPherson.

3) Women’s 3k Steeplechase

Emma Coburn won her 7th U.S. steeplechase title in 9:17.70 fighting off Courtney Frerichs with a 64 second final lap.

4) Men’s Pole Vault

Like clockwork Sam Kendricks vaulted 5.85m winning yet another outdoor U.S. title, his fifth straight! 2018 NCAA champion Chris Nilsen finished second with a vault of 5.80m.

5) Men’s 400m

Houston junior Kahmari Montgomery ran a new personal best in 44.58 to win his first U.S. title. Watch out for the Houston Cougars in 2019!

6) Women’s Long Jump

Sha'keela Saunders won her first national title by just 2 centimeters 6.54m to Quanesha Burks' 6.52m.

7) Women’s 1500m

Jenny Simpson closed in 58.50 but it was not enough for the newly minted sub-4 1500m runner from Bowerman Track Club as Shelby Houlihan took down America’s 1500m GOAT with a blistering 57.67 last lap!

8) Men’s Javelin Throw

While redshirting at Mississippi State, Curtis Thompson showed off his talents by winning the javelin in 75.99m to Capers Williamson’s 75.71m.

9) Men’s 400m Hurdles

If Wayde Van Niekerk can break the 400m world record from the outside lane than anything is possible as North Carolina’s Kenny Selmon proved winning his first U.S. title from lane 8 in 48.21.

10) Women’s Hammer Throw

Deanna Price broke Gwen Berry’s U.S. record (77.78m) on her fifth attempt with a throw of 78.12m, becoming the fourth best performer in the world all-time!

11) Women’s 400m

Shakima Wimbley in her first full season as a pro smoked the competition with a huge personal best of 49.52, her previous best was 50.18.

12) Men’s Shot Put

Darrell Hill won his first U.S. outdoor title by a wide margin over Olympic champion Ryan Crouser throwing 21.57m to Crouser's 20.99m.

13) Women’s 100m Hurdles

The world record holder, Keni Harrison got the job done in the 100m hurdles winning with ease over the field 12.46 to runner-up Christina Manning's 12.65.
