Analysis:
With redshirt junior Samantha Drop added back to the roster this season, the Georgia Bulldogs look poised to punch another ticket to the national meet after missing qualification last fall. In 2017, the squad was led by Drop and her twin, Jessica, both of whom ran to All-American honors, for a 17th-place finish—the best placement by UGA at NCAAs in more than a decade.
Senior Yanely Gomez missed the outdoor season, but enters cross country with experience at the national meet (140th in 2017).
