The 2019 DII NCAA XC Regionals went down on Saturday at eight meets across the country as teams and individuals looked to punch their tickets to nationals on Nov. 23 in Sacramento.

With the top three teams in each region automatically advancing to NCAAs, we know 24 of the 34 teams who will be competing at the 2019 national championships. (The final 10 teams for each gender and the 24 individual qualifiers will be announced in the coming days.)
