Nico Young Pulls Off The Distance Double Winning the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships 5K

Nico Young won the 3K and 5K at the 2024 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships. Young won the 5K running 13:25.29 on Friday night and then double-backed on Saturday to take the win in the 3K running 7:41.01 for a new facility record.
