Coffee with Ciaran O'Lionaird part 2

In part two of his interview in Europe, Ciaran O'Lionaird talks about his decision to continuing training after a disappointing end to his NCAA season. While in Europe this summer Ciaran set big PRs over an eight day span running 3:57 for the mile, 7:50 for 3k (Leige video) and 13:33 for 5k (Heusden video). Most recently in Oordegem, Belgium Ciaran ran the best PR of his career with a 3:34 for 1500 meters to hit the Olympic A standard. Ciaran will gear up to represent Ireland at the 2011 World Championship in Daegu.
