The Penn Relays is the oldest and largest track and field competition in the United States, hosted annually since April 21, 1895 by the University of Pennsylvania at Franklin Field in Philadelphia.

The Penn Relays are back in full force in 2022. In addition to some superb individual fields, the traditional relay events are filled with top NCAA programs and even an attempt at history by a professional group.

Despite the focus being centered on the relays, there will be plenty of entertaining individual races at Penn Relays. Some of the sport’s biggest names–Athing Mu, Sydney McLaughlin, Allyson Felix–will be in action as well as some of the best collegiate athletes from around the country.
