Dominique Duncan onto the professional ranks

We've already seen some of Dominque Duncan this year, but we traveled to Texas A&M before the outdoor season started and got to sit down with one of the newest sprinters in the professional world. The former Aggie was all-American multiple times, but the collegiate world isn't even in the same conversation as the professional one. She's been a team player all through college, but now has to draw on some other inspiration to stay motivated. Duncan describes her current situation as kind of stuck in the middle. "I'm not the best, but I'm definitely not the worst." How does one rise from professional purgatory to elite status?
