This Saturday, Reid Coolseat will be running the Fukuoka Marathon. His hope is to break Jerome Drayton's long-standing Canadian Record of 2:10:08. We joined him for one of his final tune-up sessions, a 5 x 1600 workout on the Alumni Stadium track in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
