In this week's episode of Workout Wednesday, Kate Avery joins the Iona men's team for a tempo run around New York's Van Cortlandt Park. Kate is fresh off a fabulous track season over in Europe, and the 8th ranked Saucony Flo50 men prepare for this weekend's UVA Panorama Farms XC Invitational.
